By placing your order, you conclude a contract with LeWave Sports. We may accept this offer by sending you an order confirmation via e-mail and by delivering the goods to you. We will send you an e-mail providing you with the order information.

If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfil your order, we shall notify you by e-mail.

You must guarantee that all the information you provided to LeWave Sports in your order is correct and complete. LeWave Sports will not be obligated to accept orders but will have the right, at any time and without giving any reasons, to reject the orders.

WARRANTY POLICY

If a LeWave Sports branded product or accessory fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair the product or replace it, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified materials are covered by this policy.

Any damage caused by abuse, accident, improper care, adjustment, maintenance as well as normal wear or tear is not covered by our policy.

RETURN POLICY

LeWave accepts product returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. In order to issue the refund we will need a valid proof of purchase, the order ID and images of the product. Return labels are not provided. Please contact us

by e-mail to get the process of return started.

• All products must be returned in unused condition with all the original accessories.
   

• Refunds will be issued upon the receipt of the return.
